Easter holidays are here, to the delight of children and… maybe some parents. But how do you entertain your youngsters during the 2 week break, yep 2 whole weeks. We’ve sat down and created a little guide to help you out.

We thought these were pretty cool?

It’s Easter so why not decorate some eggs! Get a pack of eggs… get your best felt tips and paints out and start decorating.

Our ideas are…. Easter bunny, patterns, favourite book character?

Have a go at Scratch or another programming language and make some cool projects. Why not an Easter game? Have a look at York Pi Jam’s handy link to Raspberry Pi projects to do, they’re fun and are perfect for beginners and it is free!

Perfect to be put up on the fridge!

Get some yellow paint on a paper plate. Place your hand in it, super fun, super yucky! Then stamp your hand down on some paper and use your fingers for some spring chicks. Then decorate as you please. We thought these were super cute and we would love to see what you make!

Want to have a break from making? Why not Google search nearby Easter egg hunts and join in with the kids. Trust us, hunting down chocolate is fun! Eating the chocolate is the best thing about it, in our opinion!

Easter egg hunting… sign us up!

Hope we have inspired you of any sorts. Let us know what you get up to and have a fantastic Easter weekend! Don’t eat too much chocolate!
